Brandon Sikes is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and visionary leader with over a decade of experience launching, scaling, and optimizing ABA therapy programs across Arkansas. As the CEO and Founder of Social Space ABA Therapy, Brandon brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and entrepreneurial drive to create innovative, family-centered therapy environments where both clients and clinicians thrive.
Brandon has played a founding or leadership role in the startup and growth of six successful ABA programs, many of which were later acquired by leading national providers:
• Thrive Autism Solutions – Early contributor to clinical and operational systems beginning in 2014 as well as bringing the first comprehensive ABA clinic to Fort Smith, AR in 2017 leading to acquisition by BlueSprig in 2019.
• Autism in Motion (AIM) Clinics – Joined as the first Director of AIM's first expansion clinic in Fayetteville, AR and helped create systems that went on to scale to 25+ clinics before the company’s acquisition by Hopebridge in 2021.
• Center for Child and Family Development – Launched a new ABA division through his consulting company Breakout Behavior; sold to Pediatrics Plus in 2022.
• River Valley ABA / Recovery Zone – Added ABA as a new service line, aiding its 2022 sale.
• Insync Pediatric Services – Founded their ABA program, which remains a staple in the region today.
• Social Space ABA Therapy – Founded in 2023 and currently serving Northwest AR, Northeast AR, and Fort Smith, AR regions through modern ABA clinical environments and high quality in-school programs in these regions.
At Social Space ABA, Brandon combines evidence-based clinical systems with a bold vision for culture, innovation, and fun. The company’s model is rooted in empowering therapists, offering low caseloads, strong mentorship, and a modern workplace that values mental wellness and professional growth. His approach prioritizes children’s developmental success while also creating an inspiring environment for staff and families alike.
Brandon grew up in Fayetteville, AR where he attended Fayetteville High School before attending John Brown University on an Athletic Soccer Scholarship and earning a Bachelors degree. Brandon then earned his Masters in ABA degree from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
